Gregory S. Mills is an experienced and well respected advocate in the family law community. As a fifth generation native of Nevada, Gregory comes from a family of attorneys and has extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas legal community and court system. As partner and managing member of one of the preeminent family law firms in Nevada, Gregory has focused his practice on dealing with the most difficult and hotly contested issues that arise in the family law arena.
Gregory routinely handles divorce and custody cases involving domestic violence, drug use, and the physical or emotional abuse of a child. While most attorneys may take one or two cases to trial per year, Gregory has successfully litigated more than 100 career trials and been appointed to over 1,000 child abuse and neglect cases in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Moreover, Gregory has written several appeal briefs filed in the Nevada Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and has argued before the Nevada Supreme Court's full panel of Judges.
Gregory has extensive experience litigating both abuse and neglect and termination of parental rights cases. He has represented every different type of client in these cases, including grandparents, biological and foster parents, guardians, Indian tribes, foster homes, and children. Because of his experience and reputation, Gregory is routinely appointed by the Court as a guardian ad litem for children who are caught in the foster care system.
Gregor received his bachelor's degree in Business Management from UNLV and graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law. He and his wife live in Logandale, NV with their four children.
Byron L. Mills,

Byron L. Mills is a partner and managing member of Mills & Mills, a well respected family law firm in Nevada, and has become well known in Clark County as a litigator in the local family courts. A fifth generation native of Nevada, Byron started working at his father's law firm in 1987 as a runner, became a law clerk, and then upon graduating law school in 1998, joined the firm, then known as Lamond R. Mills & Associates, L.L.C. as an associate. He is very comfortable in the family courts and puts his extensive knowledge and experience to work for his clients.
Byron focuses his practice on family law matters. He handles all areas of family matters, such as divorce, custody, child support, grandparent rights, guardianships, termination of parental rights, and adoptions. He has taken numerous cases to trial in the Family Division of the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court and has appealed several cases to the Nevada Supreme Court. Byron has even briefed and argued before U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
One of the things that sets Byron apart from other attorneys is his degree in Business Management and Finance. This experience has helped him in representing clients that own businesses and have numerous assets, whether in divorces or other family matters. With his practice having such an emphasis on family law matters, he handles everything from complicated situations with issues involving custody and business properties as well as simple, uncontested cases.
Byron received his bachelor of science in Business Management/Finance from Brigham Young University in 1995 and his juris doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE in 1998.

Daniel W. Anderson, Esq. Member/Partner
Daniel Anderson Esq. is an experienced and well respected member of the Las Vegas legal community. Daniel began his practice in the area of family law with the firm of Mills & Mills in 2006. Now, as a partner with Mills & Mills Law Group and as owner and co-developer of Nevada PowerLaw.Com, Daniel continues to work hard to provide cost-effective quality representation to residents of the Las Vegas valley.
While Daniel continues to practice in the area of family law, his main focus has shifted to business organizations and contract law. He has drafted, negotiated and finalized Internet licensing agreements, celebrity licensing agreements, secured transactions, severance agreements, operating agreements and many other corporate documents. Daniel and his partners spent many months developing Nevada PowerLaw.com, while Daniel continued to act as corporate/advisory counsel for multiple business enterprises in Clark County.
Daniel was a first team academic all conference, and all conference track and field champion at Southern Utah University. That’s where he received his bachelor’s degree and then went on to Creighton University School of Law before receiving his juris doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law.
He and his wife live in Henderson, NV with their four children.
